Thank you for visiting our blog, here you can get to know a little bit more about us and what makes us “tick” I hope you enjoy our travels and our adventures. It isn’t always easy to choose to live away from home but it is at the same time a rewarding experience which fills us with memories (some we would like to forget but mostly good ones).

It is the smaller details which are usually the funniest ones which we tend to forget, hence why I started this blog. I refer a lot as I as it is mainly me that does the writing, however, this blog would never be possible without Cathy’s help who proof reads what I write. I love writing but hate reading, I get bored!

We chose the name British Nomads as it pretty much describes us to a “T” – We are British (sort of) and we are pretty much nomads. We are loving seeing all these different parts of the world. Meeting people and making friends from all walks of life. Not only that, but we are also enjoying being able to make a difference in a few people’s lives, perhaps we can’t make things better for everybody, but if we can help a few people on our way then we have achieved something.
